Since 2012, my husband and I have been sponsors of a small orphanage in Uganda named Orphanslight House. These 53 children have become our children and we love them dearly. In February of 2023, Sir Lancelot’s Table, an approved 501(c)3, became aware of the needs of these children and adopted them as part of their mission. This move will enable this orphanage to grow beyond just meeting the bare necessities of food, clothing, housing, and tuition to actually enabling them to provide a proper facility and ensure that all these orphans can have a good start at life despite losing their parents to AIDS and other maladies.

It is our joy to continue our contributions through Sir Lancelot’s Table and to have our gifts added to those of others so that more children’s needs can be met -- in Uganda where we started, but also here at home. We believe God has blessed us and it is our joy to be able to share that blessing to children in need.
